We're not just what we eat; we're what we consume. In this workshop, we'll discuss what a mindful diet is, what it's not, and use concrete tools and frameworks to build our own mindful diet. Using open dialogue, we will complete exercises to reflect on what to consider in our mindful diets, what we each want to consume more of, and what we want to consume less of. We will then build our own individualized mindful diet through setting goals and intentions, and create a vision board as a visual reminder.
