prenatal yoga

an accessible but challenging yoga practice for all trimesters

Held in our Bay Room in our downtown Barrie studio, our prenatal yoga classes offer the right amount of strength and focus. Learn breath work that will help you through your labour and feel strong in your body with accessible movements for all levels! Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Other Classes Accessible for Prenatal Clients

If you attend one of our classes that are not specifically prenatal, let the teacher know before class that you are pregnant and they can assist you in modifying movements during the class.

- Calm classes are great for gentle movement, mobility and they emphasize meditation.
- Classic practice is also always the same sequence. Once you figure it out, you can modify as you need to. We get a lot of pregnant women in our Classic classes!

These classes are available throughout the week.
