We are happy to provide a safe space for you to gather and socialize while sharing a common interest in health and wellness. Our group meets once a week and is free for anyone in the community.

This class gives you the ability to return to or discover your yoga practice in a safe and effective way with your baby by your side. (newborn to 9 months or until they start crawling around!)
