$A 120 Minute Full Moon Experience

Join Lizzie for a deeply grounded Full Moon Ceremony under the Capricorn Strawberry Moon: a powerful mid-year moment of reflection, refinement, and realignment.

Known as the Strawberry Moon, this lunar phase symbolizes harvest, ripeness, and the sweetness of what has come to fruition. Paired with Capricorn’s steady, earth-based energy, this full moon invites an honest look at what you’ve been building—personally, professionally, and energetically—since the beginning of the year.

This is not about starting over. This is about refining what’s already in motion.

Through a guided journey of meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, hypnotic journaling, and energy alignment, participants will be supported in reconnecting with their truth, grounding into their body, and making clear, intentional adjustments that bring their inner world and outer reality into deeper alignment.

This ceremony moves through an intentional arc of reflection, refinement, and realignment, supporting participants to:

  • Reflect on what has come to fruition and what is ready to be acknowledged

  • Refine what is working by making aligned, intentional shifts Release outdated expectations, obligations, or patterns that no longer fit

  • Reconnect with their inner authority and sense of personal responsibility

  • Realign their vision with what feels both sustainable and fulfilling

With Capricorn’s natural polarity to Cancer, this experience also invites balance between achievement and emotional fulfillment, supporting participants in creating a life that not only works, but truly feels like home.

Participants will leave feeling clear, grounded, and empowered with a refined sense of direction, deeper self-trust, and alignment with what they are building moving forward.
