Paulina offers potent, raw, knowledgeable and playful classes, workshops, trainings and retreats. She first started learning and practicing thai massage in 2004 while living in Thailand for 3 years. But she really started a deeper dive into learning Thai Massage in 2015 where she acquired her Level 5 Thai Massage Training. And this month she is completely her final Level 6 Training. She has been giving massages and teaching it for over 10 years. And has learned from some of the best teachers in Thailand, Canada, Guatemala, Costa Rica and USA.  She founded and created The Shamanic School of Thai Massage and taught her first Level 1-2 Elemental Thai Massage Training this year in May 2024. She has a wealth of knowledge to share not only with Thai Massage, but how to incorporate a more ceremonial approach to bodywork. Bringing consciousness, breath, compassion and heart into this beautiful healing modality.

She is known for her genuine heart, non-judgmental and compassionate teaching style. As she weaves thought and heart provoking words and themes into her teachings to ignite emotion and authentic expression. Her soul calling is to hold a grounded safe container for others to deepen their connection to self through the vibration of love, so that we may become clearer channels to give and receive love and return to our wild essence.
