Cat Harding
Primary Faculty

Cat came to yoga as an athlete needing to find balance in her sport of ultra running. She stayed with it and began to share yoga with others because what she found was so much more than just movement for her stiff body. Cat truly feels blessed to share her passion each and every day and to have the opportunity to help others achieve a safe space to discover their own physical bodies, breath, as well as a deeper connection to themselves and to the greater community around them.

Cat has been teaching since 2016 and has over 1000 hours of certification and more than 2000 hours of classes taught – in Hatha, Flow, Yin, Restorative, Bikram, and Yoga Nidra. She shares yoga in a lighthearted style focused on breath, body, and present moment awareness. Her classes are guided with the intention of keeping you grounded, present and motivated, while working on alignment with enough freedom to explore the movement of your body. Cat’s true passion are her restorative style classes, especially Yoga Nidra, guiding you to go deeper in mind and body healing.

When not on her mat, you'll find Cat working as an energy healer sharing reiki and as a life coach using chakra alignment to help one reach their goals; teaching other teachers as a mentor and training facilitator; hosting yoga retreats and workshops; going to concerts to see live music; and (best of all) spending time with her family and friends, at the cottage, out in nature, or just being barefoot and fancy free! Please be sure to say hi and connect with Cat when you see her in the studio next.
