Our prenatal class offers the right amount of strength and focus. Learn breath work that will help you through your labour and feel strong in your body with accessible movements for all levels! (all stages of pregnancy welcome)Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.

Tuesdays 5:30pm and Sundays 12:30pm
