Our prenatal class offers the right amount of strength and focus. Learn breath work that will help you through your labour and feel strong in your body with accessible movements for all levels! Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Currently, classes run
Tuesdays 5:30pm and Sundays 12:30pm

Payment Options:
You can purchase a drop-in class, use your unlimited introductory month or the membership options or buy class passes. We have a specific 4 class pass for prenatal classes with a 45 day expiry that you can purchase from our pricing page!
