Anna's path to yoga began in athletics - wrestling, rugby, and over seven years as a personal trainer - before her love of the practice deepened during graduate studies in philosophy. She has taught yoga for 15 years and holds more than 1,000 hours of training across hatha, Iyengar, vinyasa, restorative, and yin. As a director of Nook and a member of our training faculty, Anna is devoted to helping students uncover their untapped potential, build genuine connection through self-inquiry, and celebrate the small moments together. Grounded, precise, and endlessly curious, she leads with deep experience and real respect for each student's journey.

Ceilidh brings a lifelong love of dance and movement to every class she teaches. With training in yoga, Vinyasa, Pilates, Lagree, and Yin, her approach is informed by a strong foundation in anatomy and mindful movement. Through her playful personality, she creates energizing, thoughtful classes that encourage students to explore, grow, and keep learning.

Aram Derharoutunian

Yoga Teacher

Aram’s teaching is rooted in a traditional, spiritually focused approach to yoga, shaped by his 500-hour training in Croatia. Drawing on Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, and yoga philosophy, he offers a well-rounded practice that extends beyond physical postures. With a deep sense of presence (on and off the mat), he guides students toward inner peace, balance, and a deeper connection within.

Du-Ann brings two decades of caregiving experience and a deeply nurturing presence to her yoga classes. Her teaching emphasizes mindful movement, breath, and alignment, helping students build a deeper connection with body and mind.
